- Lead and mentor junior team members
- Act as a sparring partner across all professional levels
- Interface between clients, creative teams, and JvM agencies
- Receive briefings and develop creative briefs
- Draft decision reports following client meetings
- Provide daily information updates to the AcD and CSD
- Monitor job profitability using SAP
- Support the creative team in daily operations
- Manage resource planning for projects and accounts
- Maintain status updates and client communication
- Create budget and cost calculations
- Monitor production and media plans
