- Conduct research and feasibility studies
- Perform case analyses to support decision-making
- Coordinate with external planners and project stakeholders
- Manage tenders and contract negotiations
- Review and evaluate concepts, plans, and designs
- Prepare well-founded decision proposals for senior management
