- Proven experience in leading large project teams and managing client and subcontractor negotiations
- Experience with Museums, Cultural projects, and permanent or semi-permanent installations
- Strong technical knowledge of Audio, Video, and Lighting systems
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and complex project schedules
- Passion for big and complex projects with a proactive and resilient mindset
- Strong business acumen and technical proficiency
- Existing network of clients in the AVL sector is a plus
- Proficiency in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) is a must
Aufgaben
- Oversee all phases of project management
- Coordinate project planning and execution
- Ensure quality, deadlines, and cost control
- Manage client communications throughout the project
- Negotiate with clients and subcontractors
- Lead large project teams across disciplines
- Participate in tender processes including design and submission
- Negotiate and award contracts to suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and conduct reviews
- Generate detailed reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with ethics, HSE, QAQC, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments like Project Coordination and Procurement
- Initiate and secure growth opportunities and new projects
