- •Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, finance, or related field
- •7–10+ years experience in project controlling or commercial management
- •Expertise in reporting, financial controlling, forecasting, and governance
- •Understanding of project management methodologies
- •Excellent knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and project management tools
- •Advantageous experience with reporting/BI tools
- •Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus
- •Strong communication and confident presentation skills
- •Analytical mindset and structured working style
- •Ability to challenge data and assumptions constructively
- •High integrity, reliability, and stakeholder management skills
- •Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
