- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experience across matrix environments
Aufgaben
- Lead strategic finance transformation across the investment group
- Align controlling functions across the Holding and subsidiaries
- Centralize cost management and harmonize steering processes
- Drive performance transparency through advanced reporting and BI frameworks
- Build and professionalize the group-wide controlling function
- Define and implement harmonized controlling standards across entities
- Ensure consistent workflows for budgeting, forecasting, approvals, and KPI logic
- Develop centralized cost management and strategic cost control initiatives
- Set up and evolve reporting and performance dashboards
- Integrate systems like SAP and Power BI
- Act as a key partner to senior leaders, providing clarity and insight
- Leverage technology and innovation in finance for enhanced efficiency
