- Strong facilitation and prioritization skills

- Own program structure and governance cadence
- Track execution across major AI initiatives
- Lead cross-functional planning with stakeholders
- Drive milestone clarity and dependency management
- Ensure rollout readiness
- Act as a quality gate for execution
- Proactively resolve blockers
- Ensure alignment between delivery, business value, and adoption
