Senior Production Engineer(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience as a Production Engineer / Production Technologist
• Strong hands-on experience with nodal analysis and integrated production modelling tools
• Proven experience in designing and operating artificial lift systems
• Experience in geothermal developments and oil & gas production systems
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Fluency in English with German proficiency as an advantage
• Strong communication skills to influence decisions

Aufgaben

• Design and optimize artificial lift systems
• Lead troubleshooting and failure analysis
• Perform nodal analysis and production system modeling
• Identify bottlenecks in inflow, wellbore, and surface networks
• Optimize drawdown and production rates
• Generate and interpret VLP curves
• Integrate VLP curves with reservoir simulation models
• Deliver consistent, field-wide production forecasts
• Collaborate with Drilling & Completions on completion designs
• Ensure alignment of designs with production objectives
• Own well integrity for production and injection wells
• Define and execute preventive and remedial integrity programs
• Lead well surveillance and production diagnostics
• Conduct rate-vs-drawdown analysis and performance benchmarking
• Support Field Development Plans and reserves forecasts
• Provide production engineering input for subsurface and facilities interfaces
• Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements
• Apply production engineering software and digital tools
