- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and market dynamics
- University degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Developing/executing market-shaping/penetration strategies

- Experience in agile, cross-functional environments
- Ability to drive initiatives independently
- Managing external partners and complex projects
- Omni-channel customer engagement background
- Understanding of digital marketing

- Understanding of analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools
- Experience with regulatory approval processes (e.g. MLR)
- Ability to structure and present complex information clearly
- German language proficiency
- English language proficiency
- French or Italian language proficiency (plus)
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for DACH portfolio
- Strengthen market presence and access in DACH region
- Design and steer HCP activation programs
- Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams and external partners
- Manage and develop marketing activities for DACH portfolio
- Conceive and execute marketing initiatives based on insights
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies
- Plan, control, and manage SG&A budgets in DACH market
- Optimize and execute brand and campaign plans for DACH
- Create marketing and communication materials for healthcare professionals
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer analyses
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams
- Manage review and approval processes for materials
- Support field force with relevant content and materials
- Manage external service providers and agencies
- Plan and execute congresses and events in DACH
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance in DACH
- Participate in internal and external meetings
