Aufgaben
- Co-develop brand strategy with Commercial Lead and partners
- Plan and communicate clear strategy to cross-functional team
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing initiatives
- Contribute to brand planning and differentiation workshops
- Lead annual revenue and expenditure planning
- Maintain up-to-date forecasts
- Develop and implement operational marketing plans
- Coordinate congress participation with Medical and Sales
- Manage brand relevant national and international events
- Deliver compliant promotional materials across channels
- Monitor activities against objectives, budgets, and timelines
- Adjust plans as needed
- Prepare and execute launches
- Ensure alignment with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Omni-Channel, and Communications
- Align local marketing strategies with global brand team
- Communicate brand plans consistently across teams
- Support sales team training sessions
- Track competitor activities and strategies
- Implement and utilize market research tools
- Interpret competitor insights
- Anticipate strategic and tactical moves
