As a Medical Manager in Neuroscience, you will serve as the scientific expert for your product, develop strategies, train stakeholders, ensure compliance, manage clinical studies, and engage with medical professionals.

Anforderungen

• •Biomedical, scientific university education, ideally at postgraduate level
• •Medical/paramedical practice or research career
• •Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• •Successful track record as Medical Manager or medical department professional
• •Experience delivering scientific presentations
• •Building relationships with thought leaders
• •Knowledge of data analysis and statistics
• •Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance rules
• •Previous Medical experience in Neurology and other Ipsen Therapeutic areas
• •Good communication skills
• •Ability to quickly adapt to situations
• •Business fluent in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Function as the scientific and medical expert for the assigned product
• •Develop the national medical strategy in alignment with the global strategy
• •Represent Ipsen in interactions with medical experts and scientific societies
• •Steer and implement medical-scientific activities in the assigned area
• •Train internal stakeholders on medical and product-specific content
• •Review and release promotional and medical information materials
• •Plan, initiate, and conduct clinical studies in cooperation with the clinical operations team
• •Maintain oversight of local and international study progress
• •Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal SOPs
• •Plan and adhere to the assigned budget
