Senior Product Designer(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• 6+ years product design experience, portfolio of shipped mobile/web work, clear outcome evidence
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
• Strong UX craft, expertise in interaction design, IA, user journeys, edge case design
• Exceptional UI/visual design, high polish, strong typography/layout, micro-interactions/motion eye
• Cross-platform fluency, translating flows/systems across Web, iOS, Android
• Product thinking, connecting design to business goals, effective prioritization, quantifiable impact articulation
• Data-aware, experiment-led decision-making, comfort using product signals, experimentation practices familiarity
• Stakeholder influence, strong communication/storytelling, clear presentation, handling critique, collaborative decision-making
• Adaptability, comfort in dynamic/fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
• Nice to have: Experience designing for premium/luxury brands or high-expectation audiences

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end product design.

• Utilize experimentation and evidence for design decisions.
• Communicate clearly with engineering partners.
• Provide implementation-ready specifications.
• Protect design intent during development.
• Continuously iterate designs based on feedback.
• Incorporate business needs and quantifiable results.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support other designers.
• Provide feedback, critique, and practical guidance.
• Help the team level up through shared standards.
