Aufgaben
- Shape user experiences for first-time and repeat creators
- Report to the Head of Product Design
- Collaborate with PM and Engineering as a peer
- Translate strategy into product requirements
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with engineering
- Drive features from concept to launch
- Influence activation, retention, and AI-assisted creation quality
- Own product outcomes from problem framing to iteration
- Design complex features with high visual craft
- Maintain high standards in visual and interaction design
- Elevate design quality through critique and pairing
- Ensure quality throughout development
- Own go-to-market readiness
- Contribute to Kittl's design process
- Design reusable system and AI patterns
