Senior Product Designer(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• 5+ years Product Design experience, ideally B2B SaaS, fintech, or complex technical domains
• Proven experience leading design for product area or cross-functional team
• Strong systems thinking and complex workflow/data-heavy interface design
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable user experiences
• Experience driving discovery and shaping problem definitions with Product/Engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience designing agentic interfaces and interest in AI products
• Strong technical understanding for Engineering discussions
• Experience in fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment
• Interest in fintech and financial services
