- Experience designing large-scale B2B/enterprise platforms, data-rich experiences, or dev/ops tools
- AI-native working style using Claude Code, Cursor, MCP, or similar tools
- Comfort using traditional design tooling (Figma)
- Portfolio showcasing systems thinking and end-to-end flows
- Portfolio showcasing simple, elegant design solutions to complex problems
- Strong systems thinking and technical fluency
- Blend of UX disciplines (interaction design, prototyping, visual design, user research)
- Curiosity and adaptability
- Quick learner
- Thrives in collaborative, team-oriented environment
Aufgaben
- Design horizontal frameworks and shared capabilities
- Ensure cross-cutting concerns are solved once
- Create scalable, self-servable, and customizable platforms
- Understand data, permissions, and service flows
- Partner with Platform PM and tech leads on strategy
- Develop proof-of-concept designs in Cursor or Claude
- Refine designs to enterprise-ready standards
- Advocate for high-quality design and craft
- Drive cross-squad alignment and stakeholder buy-in
- Balance perfection with timely delivery
