Aufgaben
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive procurement strategies
- Ensure strategies align with organizational goals
- Meet specific department needs
- Assess procurement needs
- Gather internal requirements and specifications
- Prepare and produce tender documents
- Identify appropriate suppliers
- Run tenders
- Conduct negotiations for tenders
- Coordinate with expert functions for input and reviews
- Manage contract finalization
- Obtain internal approvals and signatures
- Monitor and manage contracts
- Resolve contract queries and issues
- Address internal contract issues with controlling, accounting, management
- Address external contract issues with suppliers
- Provide required reporting
- Support rollout of new global procurement activities
- Ensure safety and sustainability in procurement
- Support safety and sustainability initiatives
- Conduct thorough market research
- Perform spend analysis
- Identify cost savings opportunities
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Identify risk mitigation opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative supplier relationships
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor KPIs for supplier performance
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance structure
- Provide guidance to junior team members
- Mentor junior procurement team members
