- Very good communication skills in English

Aufgaben
- Govern global Service process landscape
- Ensure quality, consistency, lifecycle management, and documentation approvals
- Own global Service change request backlog
- Coordinate cross-process input
- Support prioritization of change requests
- Conduct structured impact evaluations
- Design and maintain cross-system roles and authorization concepts
- Ensure SoD compliance
- Align with global governance standards
- Support implementation of global process templates
- Coordinate incidents
- Govern justified exceptions
- Minimize process customization
- Coordinate Service reporting requirements
- Ensure end-to-end process KPI definitions
- Act as governance and quality gate
- Drive effective communication
- Enable end-users
