- Define and evolve global Sales and O2C process standards
- Establish governance rules and KPI sets
- Drive continuous process improvement and regional alignment
- Identify and coordinate global process experts
- Execute advanced training programs and regional knowledge transfer
- Build a foundation for Process Performance Monitoring
- Monitor process performance via KPIs and PPIs
- Analyze process deviations and initiate corrective measures
- Ensure process integrity and compliance
- Manage global rollout tasks for specific projects
- Ensure consistent implementation and business impact across entities
- Define system-related requirements for SAP SD O2C processes
- Validate changes and coordinate system testing
- Conduct rollout changes within the global RFC framework
