- Solid knowledge of ISO 26262 and automotive development processes
- Ability to lead complex technical topics and influence product strategy
- Fluent English
Aufgaben
- Shape next-generation chassis, steering, and active dynamics architectures
- Own end-to-end control and software solutions for chassis systems
- Lead development of advanced control algorithms for ABS, ESC, Traction Control, and active systems
- Implement and verify software algorithms in rapid prototyping platforms
- Define and manage software and system requirements
- Ensure functional decomposition and traceability to vehicle-level targets
- Drive cross-domain software integration across ECUs
- Ensure functional safety compliance and release maturity
- Define scalable control concepts across platforms
- Ensure seamless integration with powertrain and vehicle networks
- Define and execute validation strategies from concept to SOP
- Oversee verification activities (SIL, HIL, vehicle testing)
- Lead system-level problem solving
- Contribute to the motion control technology roadmap
- Mentor engineers
- Act as senior technical interface to key stakeholders
