You will drive the future of electric mobility by designing and optimizing advanced vehicle control algorithms, from initial architecture to real-world road testing and performance calibration.

Anforderungen

• •Master degree in vehicle engineering, automatic control or related field
• •Experience in vehicle stability, torque vector, brake systems and mass production
• •Experience in ESP products VDC module software development
• •Proficiency in classical, modern, model predictive or robust control theory
• •Proficiency in C programming, debugging and embedded software development
• •Skill in Matlab/Simulink, CarSim and model-based development
• •Knowledge of vehicle chassis control, dynamics and integrated control algorithms
• •Experience with functional safety components or Torque Vectoring development (plus)
• •Fluent written and spoken English

Aufgaben

• •Analyze algorithm requirements and design architectures
• •Research and develop vehicle stability control systems
• •Model and optimize torque vectoring algorithms
• •Develop algorithm models using Matlab and Simulink
• •Build hardware-in-the-loop and rapid prototype platforms
• •Review designs and verify functional performance
• •Rectify control algorithm issues and bugs
• •Support vehicle performance tests and bench evaluations
• •Assist with embedded code transplantation
• •Debug algorithms to solve field problems
• •Document development processes and create reports
• •Perform failure mode and system development analyses
• •Calibrate parameters to meet customer requirements
• •Optimize modeling specifications and technical processes
