Anforderungen
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Extensive experience developing and deploying ML solutions in real-world business environments
- Strong proficiency with Python ML tools (e.g. PyTorch/TensorFlow/Jax, pandas/polars, scikit-learn, git)
- Familiarity with MLOps and data engineering practices, including model deployment and building ETL pipelines with tools like Spark or Snowflake
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed/parallel accelerated computation
- Experience with rapid prototyping, fast experimentation, and iterative development in an R&D setting
- Enjoyment of working in dynamic and entrepreneurial environments
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions for research and engineering challenges
- Lead rapid prototyping and develop scalable models
- Ensure production readiness while adhering to ethical AI standards
- Establish requirements for AI applications by collaborating with stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal and external AI service providers for technical alignment
- Integrate customized models into existing systems for seamless data flow
- Develop testing strategies to validate model performance in real-world scenarios
- Analyze test results and gather user feedback to optimize models
- Document AI model designs and integration processes
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions with internal teams
- Stay updated on AI trends and propose innovative applications
