  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders/OEM partners
  • Ability to present complex data clearly
  • Degree: Economics, Engineering, Business Admin, or comparable
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to bridge different priorities
  • Ability to drive joint decisions
  • Strong plus: First hands-on AI tools/projects
  • Mandatory proficient English verbal/written skills
  • Plus: German language skills

Aufgaben

  • Own and manage pricing in relevant systems.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
  • Align pricing with commercial targets.
  • Act as primary pricing contact for OEM partners.

  • Drive alignment on pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, Sales, KAM, and IT.
  • Integrate pricing strategies into the business agenda.
  • Ensure effective execution of pricing strategies.
  • Prepare for pricing negotiations with external partners.
  • Support pricing negotiations with external partners.
  • Provide data-driven arguments for negotiations.
  • Provide clear pricing rationale.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Analyze customer behavior.
