- Senior Technical Architecture experience (5+ years)
- Commercial tech sales support experience
- R&D IT OR Data & Informatics experience
- Data Modeling (logical, physical, conceptual)
- Python scripting proficiency
- Cloud RDBMS (e.g., Snowflake) proficiency
- NoSQL databases (e.g., Redshift, Databricks) proficiency
- Familiarity with Spark
- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions
- AWS data services experience
- Azure experience
- Google Cloud experience
- Data Governance understanding
- Data Quality understanding
- Familiarity with Tableau
- Familiarity with Power BI

Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts
- Manage customer lifecycle engagement and adoption acceleration
- Oversee technical health and risk management
- Develop strategic plans and manage stakeholders across teams
- Provide sales enablement and growth support
- Build deep and wide technical and science relationships
- Understand customer scientific data and AI architecture and goals
- Offer proactive, prescriptive technical guidance
- Act as a trusted advisor aligned to customer outcomes
- Drive adoption and success plan execution
- Conduct regular technical reviews
- Identify risks and recommend optimizations
- Lead technical strategy for expansions
- Support Proofs of Concept (POCs) and co-innovation
- Manage resolution for escalated issues
- Accelerate time to value for customers
- Improve stability and uptime
- Align with strategic roadmaps
- Provide prioritized support and faster resolutions
- Achieve higher ROI through continuous optimization
- Support growth through hands-on sessions and enablement presentations
- Showcase tailored demonstrations to prospects
- Map business requirements to technical solutions
- Determine potential return on investment for solutions
- Cultivate relationships with clients and teams
- Collaborate with science and technology partners
- Negotiate beneficial agreements with clients and sales teams
- Develop deep product knowledge
- Design and showcase tailored demonstrations
- Contribute to RFPs/RFIs with technical specifications
- Manage project timelines and scope
- Coordinate with stakeholders for presales activities
