Technical Solutions & Innovation Lead(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 10+ years within a pharmaceutical company or CRO
• 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven ability to program statistical analyses with deep knowledge of processes and procedures
• Extensive R programming experience, including packages like dplyr and ggplot2
• Hands-on expertise in building interactive dashboards and reports using R Shiny
• Experience in SAS, Python, or JavaScript
• Ability to create reproducible reports using RMarkdown or similar
• Advanced understanding of CDISC (SDTM, ADaM), ICH-GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and international clinical research regulations
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and strong analytical skills
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, and collaborative communication style

Aufgaben

• Develop customized reports and applications in R for clinical trial data
• Identify and implement technical solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Lead initiatives from proof of concept to business adoption
• Mentor and develop a team of technical programmers and data scientists
• Collaborate with colleagues on technical initiatives across biometry functions
• Improve programming processes, workflows, and tools with biometry team leaders
• Establish best practices for coding standards, version control, and automation
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry standards in programming
• Act as the business owner for the Data Science platform (e.g., POSIT)
• Work closely with clinical science, data management, and programming teams to prioritize projects
• Advocate for modern programming approaches like R and Python in biometry
• Organize training for department members on new programming techniques
