In this role, you will take charge of the PR strategy across Europe, particularly in Germany, while building strong relationships with top journalists. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing press activities, preparing spokespeople, and leveraging key events to boost the company's media presence.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years of PR experience in fintech, finance, investment, or B2B SaaS
• •Strong existing network of tier-1 media contacts in Germany and ideally the UK
• •Proven experience leading complex PR stories with strong news judgment
• •Experience working with technical, regulated, or API-driven products
• •Hands-on experience managing senior stakeholders and briefing executives
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling instinct
• •Outcome-focused mindset with ability to prioritise signal over volume
• •Comfort operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment with high ownership
• •Experience building an in-house PR function
• •Experience using events and awards as strategic PR levers
• •German language skills (C1 - C2)

Aufgaben

• •Own and execute the PR strategy across Europe, focusing on Germany
• •Build and maintain relationships with tier-1 journalists in business, fintech, and financial services media
• •Lead press office activities, including handling inbound requests and proactive pitching
• •Drive press announcements, exclusives, background briefings, and media commentary from start to finish
• •Shape and execute thought leadership opportunities in alignment with leadership
• •Prepare and support senior spokespeople for interviews, panels, and media appearances
• •Leverage events, awards, and industry moments to enhance media relationships and visibility
