Anforderungen
- Deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and identity security
- Hands-on web and API penetration testing experience
- Proficiency with security tools (Burp Suite, Nmap, BloodHound, PingCastle, Git)
- Strong scripting skills
- Recognized offensive security certifications (OSCP, PNPT, CRTO, GWAPT) or comparable practical qualification
- Proven technical experience reviewing and testing complex environments
- Experience with Linux, Windows, Powershell, and Active Directory architectures
- Experience with German or European regulatory environments (ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, TISAX, KRITIS, NIS2) is a strong plus
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Fluent German language skills
- Excellent English skills
Aufgaben
- Perform internal penetration tests independently
- Provide technical coordination for external security assessments
- Scope external security assessments
- Validate discovered vulnerabilities within the Vulnerability Management framework
- Verify discovered vulnerabilities within the Vulnerability Management framework
- Determine actual exploitability of vulnerabilities
- Prioritize vulnerabilities based on real business risk
- Conduct structured retests independently
- Ensure security findings are sustainably resolved
- Simulate modern attacker techniques as part of Purple Teaming
- Work closely with the Detection & Response team
- Verify effectiveness of SIEM, EDR, and monitoring controls
- Continuously improve effectiveness of SIEM, EDR, and monitoring controls
- Support new systems with security reviews
- Support critical architectures with security reviews
- Support major infrastructure changes with security reviews
- Conduct thorough security reviews before systems go live
- Perform threat modeling before systems go live
- Identify potential attack paths early on
- Identify structural security weaknesses early on
- Prevent vulnerabilities from becoming operational risks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Detection & Response teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Vulnerability Management teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Incident Management teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering teams
- Turn findings into real security improvements
- Actively drive the establishment of internal offensive security capability
- Actively drive the strategic development of internal offensive security capability
- Shape the overall security maturity of the company
