Senior Partner Sales Manager(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- 7+ years experience in partner sales, alliances, or business development (ideally GRC, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS)
- Proven success in building partner ecosystems
- Strong understanding of referral, reseller, and managed service models
- Ability to influence and negotiate with executive stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Resourcefulness, proactivity, and drive to build
- Experience collaborating with direct sales teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Based in Munich or commuting distance
- Willingness to travel across DACH region (25-35%)
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute DACH partner strategy
- Identify, recruit, and onboard partners (VARs, MSPs, GSIs)
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on partner campaigns
- Deliver partner enablement programs
- Track partner performance using CRM and analytics
- Provide regular pipeline and performance reporting
- Represent Diligent at industry events, conferences, partner forums
