- Drive weekly operational syncs and KPI reviews
- Track actions across the business unit
- Support quarterly planning and OKR reviews
- Conduct workflow health checks and retrospectives
- Identify bottlenecks and establish escalation pathways
- Synthesize performance trends and risks for leadership
- Oversee scout onboarding and training programs
- Manage new rights-deal workflows end-to-end
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and clear documentation
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting standards
- Improve operational reporting and dashboards
- Coordinate between the leadership team and stakeholders
- Break down silos across diverse operational units
- Maintain structured communication channels across units
- Strengthen cross-functional ways of working
- Resolve operational escalations with clarity and speed
- Optimize the leadership team's operating model
- Partner with the SVP on scaling frameworks
- Implement operational improvements and scaling strategies
- Manage operational load to enable strategic planning
- Surface critical issues before they impact clients
