- Maintain and administer 24/7 Content reporting tools
- Support and manage 24/7 Content internal processes and operational initiatives
- Monitor and analyse the 24/7 Content portfolio
- Flag optimisation opportunities to relevant teams
- Support projects with internal stakeholders
- Take ownership of projects with internal stakeholders as needed
- Partner with Portfolio & Partnerships, Financial Planning and Analysis, Content Operations, and Live Betting teams to maintain content workflow
- Participate in commercial initiatives with data-driven arguments
- Communicate with incumbent and potential partners
- Collaborate with Portfolio & Partnerships, Market Intelligence, and Commercial teams on business initiatives and plans
- Contribute to budget planning processes with Portfolio & Partnerships, Products, and Production teams
- Support Sales with product knowledge and inquiry responses
- Benchmark competitor offerings
- Monitor competitor strategic direction
- Monitor betting and sports data industry developments
