- Proven track record using data for business improvement
- Experience building or optimizing data models
- Independent work and effective cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with leadership/C-level stakeholders on strategic decisions
- Knowledge of insurtech or fintech data environments
Aufgaben
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of operational data
- Report on operational data, insights, and trends
- Analyze data from claims, customer service, and operational performance
- Uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports
- Monitor KPIs like loss ratios, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Deliver actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc analyses for Operations and Management
- Identify anomalies and inefficiencies through deep data analysis
- Translate business requirements into precise data needs
- Shape the operations data roadmap
- Collaborate with the Data Platform team for data integrity and scalability
- Provide data-driven insights on high-impact topics
- Advise management on critical business questions
- Guide strategic decisions with data
- Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives
- Integrate new markets into reporting landscape
- Support pricing and product analytics for new insurance products
