- 5+ years professional experience for Senior role in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar role
- Strong SQL skills, writing complex queries confidently and quickly
- Comfortable building dashboards, defining metrics, and presenting insights
- Experience working across multiple teams in fast-paced environment
- Active use of AI tools for analysis, automation, or code generation
- Self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently
- Fluent English
- German language skills (plus)
Aufgaben
- Own and present company North Star metrics weekly
- Build and maintain PostHog dashboards and reports
- Pull data from app API, Stripe, and Intercom
- Support teams in defining and tracking KPIs
- Help teams hit KPI targets
- Run weekly KPI check-ins with team leads
- Handle ad-hoc data requests
- Prepare quarterly investor metrics
- Prepare board reporting
- Automate reporting and analysis with AI tools
- Identify data patterns and opportunities
