Anforderungen
- University degree in Geosciences or related discipline
- More than 10 years onsite operational experience as Wellsite Geologist or Operations Geologist in fluid mining or comparable drilling projects
- Proven experience performing operational QA/QC on well and formation evaluation tools and surveyed geological data
- Proficiency in industry-standard software for well log visualization, interpretation, and analysis
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and ensuring compliance
- Willingness to travel regularly and work at well sites, including support outside standard office hours
- Effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, acting as key interface
- Proactive team player with hands-on approach, capable of supporting complex workflows in dynamic operational environment
Aufgaben
- Support climate-neutral vision
- Provide geological support for well delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and service providers
- Conduct geological offset well studies
- Prepare key well planning documentation
- Support drilling operations with real-time interpretations
- Participate in operational meetings
- Deliver onsite geological support
- Prepare Daily Geological Reports
- Contribute to Daily Drilling Reports
- Lead QA/QC of geoscientific evaluations
- Supervise mudlogging, wireline logging, and LWD/MWD operations
- Manage geological sample acquisition and handling
- Ensure data and report documentation
- Prepare End of Well Reports
- Support post-well evaluation activities
- Manage tendering and technical evaluations
- Handle contractor management and budgeting
