- Knowledge of routing, switching, and troubleshooting in complex network infrastructures
- Experience in handling ticket and monitoring systems, Linux Server Administration, and MS Windows Servers
- Successful certification of Cisco (CCNP Routing & Switching or CCNP Service Provider)
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; German language skills are nice to have
- Hands-on mentality, holistic way of thinking, reliability, and high level of service orientation
Aufgaben
- Conceive and implement network solutions for WAN/VPN, VoIP, and security
- Evaluate customer requirements and prepare service descriptions and solution designs during presales
- Act as a competent interface between customers, service providers, and partners
- Support and enhance the security infrastructure for clients, servers, and networks
- Analyze errors and implement solutions within agreed service levels
- Provide first- and second-level support
- Create performance reports and reasons for outages (RFOs)
