- Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset, and high level of ownership
- Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Take ownership of M365 Power Platform governance
- Continuously develop and operate M365 solutions
- Design and implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Gather requirements and consult with international business units
- Implement solutions based on gathered requirements
- Provide 2nd level support for general M365 topics
- Handle a variety of support tickets to find business solutions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot system-related issues to ensure stable operations
