- Experience with cloud security, compliance, and governance
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Teams Administrator Associate, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent English; German B2 (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Design, deploy, and manage M365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, M365 Copilot, Exchange Online)
- Implement and maintain M365 governance, compliance, and security policies
- Develop and optimize SharePoint and Teams collaboration solutions
- Develop and optimize SharePoint and Teams workflows
- Develop and optimize SharePoint and Teams document management systems
- Manage M365 user provisioning, permissions, and lifecycle
- Support M365 Copilot and automation tool integration
- Troubleshoot and resolve M365 incidents, requests, and performance issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements
- Deliver tailored M365 solutions to stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance to end users and IT colleagues
- Create documentation for end users and IT colleagues
- Deliver training to end users and IT colleagues
- Monitor M365 service health, usage, and adoption
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with standards (GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001)
