Aufgaben
- Design high-precision mechanical systems from concept to production
- Take technical ownership of components and assemblies
- Perform mechanical calculations, simulations, and tolerancing
- Review designs for quality, robustness, and manufacturability
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and external suppliers
- Coordinate with quality, electronics, and service teams
- Support industrialization and manufacturing transfer processes
- Conduct design reviews and FMEA risk assessments
- Execute validation activities for mechanical designs
- Develop design standards and best practices
- Mentor other engineers as a technical sparring partner
- Evaluate new technologies and materials for performance improvements
