- Proven leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Experience in vacuum technology and FE simulations
Aufgaben
- Provide technical leadership for mechanical designs
- Review and approve drawings and specifications
- Prioritize work for internal design engineers
- Coordinate with external design partners
- Plan and execute design activities
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Interface with production, procurement, and suppliers
- Collaborate with quality, electronics, and service teams
- Ensure design quality and manufacturing readiness
- Comply with review and validation processes
- Mentor and coach the engineering team
