In this role, you will architect and implement tailored Account-Based Marketing strategies, focusing on both C-level executives and developer communities. Daily activities will involve leading workshops, designing impactful programs, and ensuring a cohesive MongoDB experience across all levels.

Anforderungen

• •10+ years of experience in Strategic Field Marketing or ABM
• •Proven success in navigating large, complex accounts in Financial Services and Telecommunications
• •Deep experience with 1:1 and 1:few frameworks
• •Strong background in running digital-first campaigns and executive-level engagement programs
• •Familiarity with co-marketing alongside Cloud hyperscalers and the AI/ISV ecosystem
• •Proficiency in using intent data and attribution tools to measure ROI
• •Native or professional fluency in German and English
