As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will tackle challenges head-on, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality parts while driving long-term improvements. Your role involves leading a team, collaborating across functions, and implementing strategies to enhance supply chain performance.

Anforderungen

• •Proven experience in materials management or similar environment
• •Advanced knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, risk assessment/mitigation & performance management
• •Management experience of a team
• •Proficient ERP experience, SAP highly preferred
• •Experience working in a matrix organization and multi-site leadership
• •Experience working in the Aerospace industry is highly advantageous
• •Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
• •Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering Related Subject preferred

Aufgaben

• •Drive supply chain performance to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets
• •Manage productivity and efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies
• •Analyze data to identify trends and risks for business SIOP
• •Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• •Lead a team to support supply chain activities for the Oxygen Value Stream
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Engineering, and Production Operations
• •Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and improve supplier on-time delivery
• •Execute processes and operational plans in support of Procurement/MRP strategy
• •Authorize purchase orders and negotiate prices to support procurement
• •Engage with various functional areas as part of an Integrated Project Team to resolve supply chain issues
• •Serve as the supply chain lead for internal and external audits regarding policies and procedures
