As a Material Planner, you will focus on ensuring timely and cost-effective material provisioning for production. Your role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with various teams, and optimizing production plans to meet customer demands.

Anforderungen

• •Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environments
• •Knowledge of material planning, scheduling, and production planning principles
• •Understanding of inventory management, MIN/MAX systems, and stock-related KPIs
• •Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
• •Erfahrung im Umgang mit Business-to-Business-Geschäftsbeziehungen
• •Kenntnisse in der Materialplanung, Disposition und Produktionsplanung
• •Verständnis von Lagerkennzahlen, Bestandsmanagement und MIN-/MAX-Systemen
• •Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS-Office-Anwendungen

Aufgaben

• •Plan and provision materials based on demand
• •Ensure material availability for customer orders and production plans
• •Monitor and control inventory levels using MIN/MAX parameters
• •Initiate actions to reduce inventory while maintaining delivery capability
• •Continuously monitor stock levels and material movements
• •Plan and control production in coordination with internal stakeholders
• •Optimize production planning considering capacities and material availability
• •Manage orders, including confirming and maintaining delivery dates in the ERP system
• •Communicate and coordinate closely with warehouse, production, purchasing, customer service, and shipping
• •Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate inventory records
• •Identify and resolve material shortages, implementing corrective actions as needed
• •Maintain planning-relevant master data within the ERP system
• •Contribute to the continuous improvement of material planning and scheduling processes
