In this role, you will be at the heart of production planning and control, ensuring efficient execution of orders while maintaining material availability and data integrity. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve monitoring production progress, analyzing KPIs, and collaborating with various teams to drive continuous improvement.

Anforderungen

• •Proven experience as a Production Controller or Manufacturing Planner using SAP R/3
• •Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and order management
• •Experience with MES systems and SAP integration
• •Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs and industrial production processes
• •Knowledge of automated material consumption and inventory postings
• •Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environments
• •Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, and MS Office applications
• •Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Fertigungssteuerer oder Produktionsplaner im SAP R/3-Umfeld
• •Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung, -steuerung und Auftragsmanagement
• •Erfahrung im Umgang mit MES-Systemen und Schnittstellen zu SAP
• •Verständnis von Produktionskennzahlen und industriellen Fertigungsprozessen
• •Kenntnisse in automatisierter Verbrauchsermittlung und Bestandsbuchungen
• •Erfahrung in Business-to-Business-Geschäftsbeziehungen
• •Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, Reporting-Tools und MS-Office-Anwendungen

Aufgaben

• •Plan and control production operations within SAP R/3
• •Create, release, maintain, monitor, and complete production orders
• •Schedule and manage production tasks considering capacity, priorities, and material availability
• •Continuously monitor production progress and intervene in case of deviations
• •Analyze production deviations and initiate corrective actions
• •Ensure material availability for production in coordination with material planning, warehouse, and purchasing
• •Resolve material shortages, stock discrepancies, and booking errors
• •Support inventory counts and execute inventory adjustments
• •Maintain accurate master data, including bills of material and production parameters
• •Ensure data consistency between SAP R/3 and connected MES systems
• •Provide production and shop floor support for manufacturing and cross-functional teams
• •Analyze production KPIs such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and throughput
• •Monitor and utilize automated consumption postings
• •Prepare reports and analyses related to production performance
• •Support month-end closing activities in production and inventory areas
• •Contribute to continuous improvement of production and control processes
