Anforderungen
- •10 plus years in supply chain and logistics
- •Proven success serving project-based or engineer-to-order customers
- •Leadership of multi-site or multi-region operations
- •Expert in S&OP, master scheduling, MRP and inventory optimisation
- •Hands-on with ERP (e.g., SAP S4HANA), APS, WMS, TMS and analytics tools
- •Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or similar
- •Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus
- •Ability to set a clear vision and energise the team
- •Decisiveness and data-driven decision making
- •Confident communication with customers and executives
- •Curiosity and improvement mindset

- •Own the end-to-end supply chain for the Project Business
- •Build planning and logistics processes
- •Connect with Group Supply Chain and Logistics
- •Deliver industry-leading service for project customers
- •Lead S&OP, master planning, scheduling, and order fulfillment
- •Focus on on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery
- •Shape the supply chain and logistics strategy
- •Drive service improvements
- •Partner with Manufacturing on flexible one-piece flow capabilities
- •Influence production footprint decisions for cost efficiency
- •Define and own the Supply Chain and Logistics strategy
- •Build the operating model, governance, KPIs, and cadence for planning
- •Lead the SC&L team and set goals
- •Coach managers and specialists
- •Build succession and capability within the team
- •Represent SC&L on the Project Business Management Team
- •Design and implement an integrated S&OP process
- •Own demand planning for Project Business product families
- •Translate demand into a master production schedule and capacity plans
- •Establish time fences and change control for service and cost protection
- •Build a rigorous scheduling process for various order flows
- •Run daily and weekly tier meetings to manage exceptions
- •Lead the available to promise and capable to promise process
- •Ensure export compliance and documentation accuracy
- •Define and manage the distribution network for deliveries
- •Select and manage 3PLs, carriers, and freight forwarders
- •Implement transportation management and route optimization rules
- •Ensure warehouse processes and inventory accuracy meet Group standards
- •Build fulfillment playbooks for panel builders and system integrators
- •Create a proactive milestone tracking and communication model
- •Agree on service level agreements by customer segment
- •Partner with Plant Directors to develop flexible manufacturing capabilities
- •Align on production control methods for Project Business flows
- •Co-create plans to reduce internal lead time and improve schedule adherence
- •Lead or contribute to make or buy and network design studies
- •Build business cases for capacity relocation and supplier relocation
- •Own the process design and effective use of ERP, APS, WMS, and TMS
- •Introduce planning segmentation and buffers by item and customer type
- •Define data quality standards and master data governance
- •Run a structured continuous improvement pipeline using Lean and Six Sigma
- •Maintain supply risk registers for critical parts and single source items
- •Implement dual sourcing and safety stock strategies
