- Drive the development of new business models in EMEA
- Implement forward-looking strategies beyond the core business
- Act as an internal strategy consultant for Aftermarket top management
- Provide expert strategic advice to the organization
- Serve as the central EMEA partner for digital business models
- Coordinate strategic measures and budgeting with global headquarters
- Manage critical strategic projects and initiatives
- Oversee strategic partnerships and M&A activities
- Ensure successful implementation of the EMEA Aftermarket strategy
- Represent the company to strategic industry partners and associations
