Senior CRM Manager(m/w/x)
Managing B2C multi-channel CRM end-to-end for automotive sector customer experiences. 5+ years hands-on multi-channel CRM/Lifecycle Marketing experience required. High degree of independence, end-to-end strategy and campaign ownership.

- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze)
- Migration experience (plus)

- Ability to confidently shape strategy, execute campaigns, and drive results end-to-end
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Enjoyment of designing long-term CRM strategies and creating day-to-day campaigns
- Strong campaign execution skills
- Comfort with data and dashboards
- Structured, proactive working style
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English
- German proficiency (plus)

- Define CRM strategy with the team lead
- Launch CRM campaigns and automations
- Optimize user communication using data
- Manage B2C multi-channel CRM end-to-end
- Create and launch multi-channel campaigns
- Oversee campaign briefing, copy, and setup
- Manage campaign QA and scheduling
- Manage the LeasingMarkt.de newsletter
- Develop newsletter editorial strategy
- Maintain newsletter content calendar
- Oversee newsletter production and optimization
- Build key user journeys (welcome, onboarding, re-engagement)
- Refine user journeys across all channels
- Drive CRM and newsletter list growth
- Define audience segments and targeting rules
- Monitor CRM channel health and engagement
- Maintain CRM performance dashboards
- Run A/B tests for CRM initiatives
- Translate insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with teams on CRM tooling
- Lead the SFMC to Iterable transition
- Define migration requirements and plan
- Establish acceptance criteria and validate channels
- Share CRM performance updates with leadership
- Communicate CRM learnings and next steps
