- Develop and execute regional sales plans
- Achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Align sales objectives with company vision and growth plans
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence
- Drive enterprise sales cycles from start to finish
- Engage with C-level executives at major accounts
- Leverage deep understanding of data security and privacy
- Establish relationships with key technology partners
- Collaborate with system integrators and industry influencers
- Create new revenue opportunities and enhance market presence
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and product roadmap
- Provide market feedback to inform cross-functional planning
