- Experience in managing engineering teams, cross-functional program management, or similar leadership
- Knowledge of embedded microcontrollers and development tools
- Good understanding of technical requirements and customer expectations
- Skills in reviewing legal contracts for partner engagements and solution development projects
- Excellent teamwork, creativity, open mindset, reflection, and adaptability
- Strong drive, ownership, and objective accomplishment in international environment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Fluent German (plus)
- Ability and willingness to travel

- Drive innovation for a mature ecosystem
- Build a scalable, future-oriented ecosystem
- Act as a thought leader
- Mentor the ecosystem partner team
- Provide strategic guidance on partner ecosystem value propositions
- Translate customer and market requirements into actionable ecosystem improvements
- Own strategic partner relationships
- Align roadmaps with partners
- Lead collaboration discussions with key partners
- Support partner contracts
- Contribute to legal discussions
- Lead collaboration across Renesas and partner teams
- Ensure a cohesive, robust, and scalable ecosystem
- Manage the ecosystem partner team
- Develop the ecosystem partner team
- Align team resources
- Ensure execution excellence
