- 8+ years experience in product/technical marketing or FAE in MCU semiconductor industry
- Automotive market experience, Carmaker/Tier 1 requirements understanding
- Deep knowledge of embedded Microcontrollers (Renesas or other) and Eco-systems
- Good understanding of technical requirements and customer expectations
- Strong communication, team-orientation, multicultural work ability
- Fluent English (written/spoken), preferable German
- Software IT infrastructure and standard PC tools (MS-Office) experience
- Ideally automotive system and E/E architecture experience
- Ideally customer negotiations experience
- Ideally product definition and requirement management experience
- Ideally handling complex technical RfQ’s with key customers
- Ideally MCU architecture / Networking experience
- Ideally functional safety / security experience
- Ideally embedded software experience
Aufgaben
- Support Renesas automotive microcontrollers
- Develop and execute MCU product marketing strategies
- Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking
- Define and track product roadmaps with internal teams
- Develop and drive worldwide market introduction plans
- Coordinate departments to create complete product packages
- Train the sales force on assigned products
- Produce public marketing materials
- Collaborate with internal support teams for MCU products
- Coordinate and exchange information with global teams
