• •Lead printshop, warehouse, and inspection operations
• •Establish processes to enhance productivity
• •Manage staff performance and accountability
• •Develop and implement employee training plans
• •Identify resource needs and hire staff
• •Set clear goals and objectives for reports
• •Conduct annual and mid-year performance evaluations
• •Coordinate timelines with internal and external collaborators
• •Build rapport with internal departments and sister sites
• •Investigate internal incidents and customer complaints
• •Assign corrective and preventive measures
• •Report critical metrics to management
• •Ensure safety and efficiency in all activities
• •Follow SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices
• •Integrate Practical Process Improvement into daily work
