In this role, you will focus on driving effective workforce management and resource tracking while fostering collaboration across teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting budget development, enhancing operational efficiency, and championing a culture of accountability within Clinical Operations.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• •Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and knowledge of communication and project management tools
• •Utilization of Smartsheet, Co-pilot, SharePoint, Beep page, Canva, and other AI tools
• •Familiarity with portfolio or resource management tools
• •Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in clinical operations in pharmaceutical industry, biotech or CRO
• •Previous experience as line manager and involvement in resourcing
• •Experience with budget management, vendor/FSP oversight, process improvement, and performance metrics
• •Strong understanding of clinical development processes, ICH-GCP, and cross-functional R&D operations
• •Excellent organizational, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills
• •High attention to detail and ability to reconcile information effectively and efficiently
• •Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• •Ability to work independently, be reliable, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines
• •Solid experience with operational management and strong problem-solving skills
• •Ability to build trustworthy and effective relationships with collaborators
• •Agility and ability to adapt and navigate with ambiguity

Aufgaben

• •Support internal operations under the Head of Business & Strategic Operations, Region EMEA
• •Drive tracking and reporting of workforce and resource activities
• •Build strong cross-functional relationships and align on priorities
• •Deliver clear and impactful communications for diverse audiences
• •Assist with finance management and metrics development
• •Project manage key initiatives within Clinical Operations Europe
• •Represent the EMEA Clinical Operations team in global projects
• •Support innovation and AI solutions implementation as needed
• •Manage headcount planning and workload tracking
• •Liaise with stakeholders for resource alignment and risk management
• •Collaborate with leadership, HRBP, and FSP partners for workforce data tracking
• •Conduct workforce validation exercises and data analysis
• •Ensure regular updates of reporting tools like PowerBI
• •Support FSP governance and vendor management activities
• •Track department goals and monitor KPIs for performance management
• •Champion implementation of resource tracking tools like RAINBOW
• •Identify areas for improvement and support productivity initiatives
• •Assist in developing and forecasting Clinical Operations budgets
• •Facilitate monitoring of organizational health and operational dashboards
• •Support goal-setting and progress tracking aligned with corporate objectives
• •Enhance governance processes and operational efficiency
• •Adopt best practices for reporting and information sharing
