- Build and strengthen a cross-functional network of stakeholders
- Provide strategic biomarker operational leadership
- Stay updated on industry developments in biosample operations
- Implement new approaches and optimize operational processes
- Represent the Biomarker TA/DA Asset in scientific and operational teams
- Demonstrate collective leadership within the organization
- Engage in scientific review forums to influence biomarker strategies
- Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity
- Inspire and develop talent within the team
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback
- Manage 8-10 direct reports, including other leaders
