Anforderungen

  • •Extensive experience in anti-financial crime compliance (5+ years)
  • •In-depth knowledge of German and EU regulations on anti-money laundering, sanctions, and fraud prevention
  • •Detailed expertise in fraud, sanctions, and embargo topics (5 years)
  • •Proven track record of leading successful AFC initiatives
  • •Experience with local regulators is a plus
  • •Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • •Professional certifications such as CAMS or ACAMS preferred
  • •Fluency in English and German required

  • •Provide continuous advice on product enhancements for cooperation partners
  • •Support onboarding of new cooperation partners and products
  • •Assess Third Party Risk Assessments (TPRA)
  • •Modify operational processes and structures (MOPS)
  • •Prepare and implement training courses
  • •Monitor cooperation partners' performance regarding AFC compliance
  • •Communicate with partner managers about compliance issues
  • •Extend documentation of processes
  • •Instruct and support employees and cooperation partners
  • •Coordinate BaFin requests and audits
  • •Prepare the Annual AFC Report and German ExCo governance report
